Frequently Asked Questions
Please schedule a call with me if you still have questions or would like to schedule an appointment.
What is relational therapy, and how is it different from traditional therapy?
Relational therapy focuses on understanding the dynamics of your relationships—both with others and yourself. While traditional therapy often addresses individual struggles and week-to-week concerns, relational therapy goes deeper by exploring how past experiences, attachment styles, and patterns influence your interactions. The goal is not just to feel better but to create lasting change in how you connect with others and navigate relationships.
Can relational therapy help me even if I’m not in a romantic relationship?

How long does relational therapy typically take?
The number of sessions depends on what you’re addressing. Sometimes it could be 10-16 weeks, sometimes someone may want to explore deeper and want to work longer. At the beginning I like to start with an intensive experience after having a couple weeks meeting up to twice a week. This gives us the chance to jumpstart our work while also laying out some initial steps.
How does group therapy fit into relational therapy?
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.
Do you take insurance or offer sliding-scale fees?
Session fees are between $200-$230 for 50 minutes. While I do not accept insurance and I offer a very limited sliding scale. Please contact me so we can figure out pricing that works for you.
